Creator users can add +100 GB for $3/mo or +1 TB for $20/mo.
We take a progressive approach, giving you time to address issues:
Email notification and dashboard warning when approaching limits.
If you exceed limits, services remain functional while you reduce usage or upgrade.
After grace period: new uploads blocked, but you can still access existing content.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our Services and meet legal obligations. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.

When you cancel your Creator subscription, uploaded content follows a 90-day retention timeline:
Content stays online. Full access to view, share, download.
Pay ~$0.015/GB/month to keep content, or download everything.
Content permanently deleted if no action taken.
Resubscribe anytime to restore full access—no archive fee required. We send email reminders throughout the process.
When you request account deletion:
Account disabled. Can cancel deletion during this period.
Data permanently removed from active systems.
Removed from all backups.
Request deletion: Use "Delete Account" in settings, or email privacy@skydeca.com.
You can export your data at any time through account settings or by emailing privacy@skydeca.com.
